GitHub Copilot Chat 0.48.1 crashes both locally and over Remote-SSH.

Network and authentication are working. Copilot token is obtained, model metadata is fetched, and earlier gpt-4o-mini internal requests succeed. The crash occurs inside the Copilot Chat extension.
