Update button is a destructive action that has no confirmation step

The button that appears when there's a pending VS update is a 'kill work in progress button' and there's no confirmation step.

If you happen to accidentally click it, you lose everything you have in progress.

@dmitrivMS Thanks for taking a look, I appreciate it. Honestly, I don't have a strong opinion either way, its just about managing a risk for me (one that already bit me once).

I think a conformation box is the shortest pathway to good that meets the spec though.
