When dragging a tab into a new window it doesn't work

Type: Bug

1. Have a tab (in my case .json) in the main VsCode window.
2. Drag outside of the window to open a new one with this tab.
3. Try to edit the file. You can but the caret/text cursor is not visible, even with the OVR mode. If you try to delet what you have added, it wont let you.

It only happened twice, then, I clicked "Open in new window" and it worked well. I even tried dragging the same tag or others again but it worked well.
