Suggest widget breaks

Issue Type: Bug

The editor's smart prompts overlap and cannot be displayed properly.
Same as the one shown in the screenshot below.But when i reload window or reopen the VS Code ,this situation will disappear.

Can you reproduce this issue? What are the steps?

I may not be able to reproduce this problem.This happend by chance,and it disappeared when i reloaded window or restarted the VS code. But I have not encountered this problem in the latest version .
