NPM Scripts not showing any scripts #58599
Description
Issue Type: Bug
Just upgraded to the latest insider version and the inbuilt NPM scripts sidebar shows nothing. When clicking on the refresh button an error shows saying "command 'npm.refresh' not found". Workaround is to install the vscode-npm-scripts extension as this still works.
VS Code version: Code - Insiders 1.28.0-insider (42ffc0e, 2018-09-13T05:19:47.083Z)
