Terminal on right side #63289
Description
Issue Type: Bug
The ability to move the Terminal panel to the right side is no-longer working, either through config or through UI button (which is now missing).
VS Code version: Code 1.29.1 (bc24f98, 2018-11-15T19:06:21.742Z)
