Compare file(s) between editor windows

Be able to compare a files between vs code editor windows.

example:
I have two projects that use the same file, i want to ensure that those files match.
Right now i need to drag and drop a file from one window to another then use the compare feature. Ideally i could just right click a file in one window, select it for compare, then select a file in another window to compare it to. Perhaps its best if the first window is used to 'house' the view to compare the files side by side.
