Updated VS Code (1.36.0) and C/C++ extension to latest builds and debugging no longer works in VS Code.

error message:
".NET Debugging is supported only in Microsoft versions of VS Code"

in console:
You may only use the C/C++ Extension for Visual Studio Code with
Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio or Visual Studio for Mac software
to help you develop and test your applications.

Uninstalled VS Code and installed 64-bit version instead, now works.
