Cannot type in repl after moving it back to the panel

1. Move debug console to Sidebar
2. Move debug console to Panel

🐛 => Cannot input into repl

1. Move debug console to the sidebar.
2. Move debug console back to the panel.
   Verify that you can still type in the repl.
