Quick pick descriptions not read by screenreader in help picker

Testing #93636

1. Turn on NVDA
2. Open quickpick and type ? to enter help picker
3. Scroll through entries

The title of each quickpick item is read when possible, but the description is not. So for example, it reads "Greater than" for the third entry without "Show and Run Commands"
