Git - "Revert selected ranges" doesn't work for staged chunks

1. Have a line changed and git staged
2. Select range in side-by side diff editor
3. Context-click range, see "Revert Selected Range" entry
4. Attempt to run it (or invoke the command manually)
5. Nothing happens.

I think it either shouldn't be shown in the context menu/command pallete, or it should work.

I'll see if core supports this now, but this (scoping those actions) wasn't supported when these commands were introduced.
