Add engines field specifying Node.js >=22.21.1 requirement based on .nvmrc file. This helps npm and other tools validate the Node.js version requirement and provides better error messages when the wrong version is used.
…rt it Only parse implicit activation events when the engine version supports implicit activation (>= 1.75.0). This prevents suggesting redundant implicit activation events when the engine doesn't support the feature. Fixes microsoft#252372
