Updates the built-in “Agent Sessions” workbench mode configuration to better tailor the UI and Chat experience for agent-driven workflows.

- Adjusts Chat/Inline Chat-related defaults (agents control, unified agents bar, restore session, inline chat render mode).
- Tweaks diff editor defaults for a more streamlined review experience (inline diff, hide unchanged regions).
