Fix panel alignment command breaking with maximized auxiliary bar

Panel alignment commands (e.g., "Set Panel Alignment to Justify") cause a blank screen when the auxiliary bar is maximized.

adjustPartPositions() moves views relative to the editor part, which is hidden when auxiliary bar is maximized. This causes the grid layout to break.

Change:

• Exit auxiliary bar maximized state before adjusting part positions in setPanelAlignment()
• Follows existing pattern used in setPanelHidden, setEditorHidden, setSideBarHidden
