Fixes #272750

This is needed so that we can switch between the ts6 and ts-go without having to change any settings. Longer term the plan is to make ts-go reuse the same formatter id. We will make that change once we ship tsgo builtin

Pull request overview

Removes the workspace-level default formatter setting for JavaScript and TypeScript to allow switching between TS6 and ts-go without requiring local settings changes.

Changes:

  • Removed editor.defaultFormatter overrides for [typescript] and [javascript] in workspace settings.
  • Kept editor.formatOnSave enabled for both languages so format-on-save remains active.
