This pull request removes the vscode-7pm-kick-off pipeline resource trigger from the product build pipeline, as part of moving hooks to an extension (referenced in PR #294441). The scheduled build functionality at 7PM (Mon-Fri at 19:00) remains intact via the cron schedule, but the pipeline trigger mechanism has been removed.
