This PR enables search results for the src/vs/sessions directory by removing it from the search exclusion list in the VS Code workspace settings. The src/vs/sessions directory contains a complete implementation of the "Agentic Sessions Window Layer," a top-level architectural layer for agent session workflows. Making this directory searchable improves developer experience when working with this codebase.
