Removes the Sessions-window-specific default that caused confirmation OS notifications/toasts to be shown more aggressively (especially on macOS), reverting behavior to the upstream chat setting default.
Changes:
- Drops the Sessions default override for
chat.notifyWindowOnConfirmationso it falls back to the workbench default (windowNotFocused). - Removes the now-unused
isMacintoshimport.
