Pull request overview
Adds the missing source-folder diagnostics to the skills prompt discovery info, bringing it in line with the other prompt discovery paths (agent/prompt/instructions/hook) used for debug/diagnostic rendering.
Changes:
- Include
sourceFoldersingetSkillDiscoveryInfo()results when skills are enabled. - Include
sourceFoldersingetSkillDiscoveryInfo()results when skills are disabled (skipped withdisabled).
