Updates the Azure Pipelines product build configuration so that CI runs on release/* branches queue a stable quality build (instead of an insider one), aligning release-branch automation with stable build outputs.

- Renames the release-branch trigger stage/job from

templateParameters.VSCODE_QUALITYfrom"insider"to"stable". - Updates pipeline log/display strings to reflect “stable build”.
