Updates the chat status dashboard to render inline suggestions quota independently from the main “Usage” section, including a new “Included with your plan” indicator when completions are unlimited.
Changes:
- Adds an “Included” indicator UI + styling for unlimited inline suggestions quota.
- Moves completions quota rendering out of the Usage section into the Inline Suggestions section (including anonymous “Limited” state).
- Updates the dashboard layout logic to show the inline suggestions section when a completions quota exists.
