This PR updates the Sessions window sidebar list to show an animated spinner for sessions that are actively running, improving perceived activity feedback while preserving the existing status color styling.
Changes:
- Replace the static
sessionInProgresscodicon with the standardloading~spintheme icon forSessionStatus.InProgress. - Keep the in-progress icon color set to
textLink.foregroundto preserve current visual styling.

Why
Active chats in the sessions sidebar looked static even while work was running. This makes actively running chats match the rest of the sessions app, which already uses animated spinners for loading state.
