Pull request overview
Tightens the Sessions window action visibility for Copilot CLI pull request workflows by only showing the “Sync Pull Request” (update PR) primary action when there is actually something to sync (incoming/outgoing/uncommitted changes).
Changes:
- Updates the
whenclause for theupdatePRcommand to require incoming/outgoing/uncommitted changes in addition to the existing PR/repo prerequisites.
Show a summary per file
