Adjusts action visibility in the Agents (sessions) Changes toolbar to address a regression around when the Create Pull Request action appears, by aligning “done” vs “PR” actions with session git state context keys.
Changes:
- Simplifies the
Mark as Doneaction visibility condition in the sessions window Changes toolbar. - Tightens Copilot’s
Create Pull Request/Create Draft Pull Requestmenuwhenclauses to require local changes (uncommitted or outgoing).
