winget search doesn't find msstore by name only by ID

Brief description of your issue

Searching by the msstore ID works and returns the name.. but searching by name or moniker doesn't return any result

Steps to reproduce

Run the commands on the image

Expected for the search by name to return results

Actual behavior

Did not return any results when searching by name or any other moniker

Some searches return MSStore results, and others don't. I could replicate your situation:

I'm experiencing this issue also... and I seem to recall not having this problem on other machines.

 ~ 🐚 winget search --name SomaFM
No package found matching input criteria.

I went to the Microsoft Store and clicked the Share button to get a link to the app and from that I was able to extract the ID and install it from there.

 ~ 🐚 winget install --accept-package-agreements 9P4SLL11WD5T
