Brief description of your issue

You can legally (passes command line syntax validation) pass a search filter for --source (e.g. to specify only winget packages), however that parameter is never tested and packages from any source are returned from the winget list command.

Steps to reproduce

1. Issue winget list --source winget command.
2. Note that all packages installed on the machine are listed (even those from Microsoft Store or MSIX installs)

Expected behavior

Only packages installed via the WinGet source should be listed.

Actual behavior

All packages are listed.
