I'm getting this error when trying to install Spotify via winget:
An unexpected error occurred while executing the command:
Download request status is not success.
0x80190193 : Forbidden (403).
Command used: winget install -e --id Spotify.Spotify
This happens consistently on my machine. Other winget packages seem to install/update fine (or mention if they don't).
