- I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
- I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Brief description of your issue
The current manifest file uses a portable version of the app. However, this is not clearly indicated in the package name or its description or its tags.
Portable version of the app is significantly larger to download, comes bundled with .Net runtime and significantly slower to launch.
Portable version should be a separately named package, similar to
calibre.calibre vs calibre.calibre.portable
or
SublimeHQ.SublimeText.4 vs SublimeHQ.SublimeText.4.Portable.
Steps to reproduce
winget install mortenn.BrowserPicker
Actual behavior
The manifest downloads and installs https://github.com/mortenn/BrowserPicker/releases/download/v2.2.3/BrowserPicker-Portable.msi
Expected behavior
The manifest should download and install https://github.com/mortenn/BrowserPicker/releases/download/v2.2.3/BrowserPicker.msi
