[FR] Automated testing - MSI detection GUID

Description of the new feature/enhancement

Before a new MSI package is added to the manifest, it would be great if the provided detection MSI GUID is validated somehow.

Example problem:

• Upgrade doesn't work for several packages winget-cli#752 (comment)

Example solution (correcting the GUID):

• ProductCode: Oracle.JavaRuntimeEnvironment v8.0.3210.7 #47893

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

Download the MSI, get the GUID using a tool like Orca or lessmsi maybe?

All the Manifest creation tools does have proper ProductCode detection, this however is a Installer in a Installer which brings more issues, try opening JRE in Orca 🤷‍♂️

I believe this can be resolved once wingetbot matures tho as it can read the ARP table after installation

What about test installing it, see if it can be detected afterwards with the GUID provided with the manifest? Don't know how feasible that would be to automate. But at least then you could verify that the GUID is correct.

We do, but human error happens, at least when the difference is minimal, the good thing is that anyone can fix the issue
