Same situation as during last summer: monitortests•com is in fact the program's only official site.

@stephengillie Since the domain that the Validation-Domain error complains about is the exact same as that of the previous manifest for the program (Custom Resolution Utility) and that it has been marked as Azure-Pipeline-Passed for 13 days, would it be possible to look into potentially merging this?

My hopes is also that this PR's newly added crurestart64 command will be a game-changer for my use of the program.
