Apologies for the validation error. The duplicate manifests (both 0.1.21 and 0.1.22) were caused by our GitHub Actions release pipeline (GoReleaser): we published an additional release (v0.1.22) while the v0.1.21 PR was still pending review. GoReleaser pushed the v0.1.22 manifests to the same fork branch, which caused both version directories to end up in this PR.

I've now removed the 0.1.21 manifests so this PR only contains the v0.1.22 package. It should pass validation now.
