it works on my side
However, the application is currently not code signed, so Windows SmartScreen may show the "unrecognized app" warning before execution.

Could the issue be related to the fact that my app requires the user to accept running an unrecognized app?

@DandelionSprout does this means that there is an issue in Winget pipeline? should I fix something or should I wait that the winget team fixes that issue?

There's nothing you can do to fix it, besides doing null-edits to one of the PR's files, which will re-run the pipeline and has a maybe 40% chance it'll go better.

Trust me, I'm sure waiting for them to fix that too.
