Reason

Migrated release repository from JJs23/racemo-releases to racemo-dev/racemo-client. The old repo no longer exists, so the 0.1.7 installer URL is broken.

This manifest has the highest version number for this package. Is it available from another location? (This might be in error if the version is switching from semantic to string, or string to semantic.)

The previous version (0.1.7) was uploaded to a personal repository (JJs23/racemo-releases) during early testing. That repository has since been deleted.

We've now moved to an organization repository (racemo-dev/racemo-client) for the official open-source release, starting fresh at version 0.0.1.

This PR removes the broken 0.1.7 manifest (installer URL no longer exists) and adds the new 0.0.1 version pointing to the correct release URL.
