Yes, this is the highest (and last remaining) version of the OraDBDumpViewer.OraDBDumpViewer.BETA package. This package is being discontinued entirely as part of the Oracle trademark compliance migration (#361676).

The BETA package is not being migrated to a new identifier — only the stable releases have been migrated to OpenDumpViewer.OpenDumpViewer. Future beta releases will be published under a new BETA package ID if needed.

All other 26 BETA versions have already been merged for removal. This PR removes the final one.
