I understand it is important to do a strong security check. It is a wise activity to protect everyone.

But I'm not sure why this fails. The zip contains three exe files. Same as before. Each exe is built with Visual Studio from the same source code in the repo. See the repo ugrep/vs directory where I keep a copy of the VS project files.
