Yes, this is currently 4 of 14 in the "No suitable installer" search, which is one of nearly a dozen searches of PRs that need to go through my VMs. At this point, it's somewhere between a scheduling problem and a capacity problem.

Why is InstallerLocale set to und? I've never heard of such an ISO code. And I've heard of many.

@DandelionSprout und is a valid BCP-47 / ISO 639-2 code meaning "undetermined". It is used when the installer doesn't declare a specific language. Komac applies it automatically for MSIs with ProductLanguage: 0 (language-neutral). The manifest schema accepts it, so it should not block validation here.

@russelbanks - I know there are issues upgrading packages on systems where InstallerLocale does not match the system locale. Do we know how und actually works with the client?
