Description

Adds a new package: RagnarSir.RagSnip version 1.0.2.

RagSnip is a tiny snipping tool that captures a region of the screen using the built-in Windows Snip & Sketch overlay, uploads it to catbox.moe (default), 0x0.st, or Imgur, and copies the resulting URL to the clipboard. The persistent GUI keeps a thumbnail history of recent snips — left-click to re-copy the URL, right-click for a context menu (Copy URL / Copy image / Open in browser).

Checklist

I have read and understood the contributing guidelines.

  • Have you signed the Contributor License Agreement?
  • Have you checked that there aren't other open pull requests for the same manifest update/change?
  • This PR only modifies one (1) manifest
  • Have you validated your manifest locally with winget validate --manifest <path>?
  • Have you tested your manifest locally with winget install --manifest <path>?
  • Does your manifest conform to the 1.6 schema?

Note on the unchecked boxes: the manifests were authored on a Linux dev machine, so I have not run winget validate / winget install locally. Happy to do so on a Windows box if review identifies any issues — and the repo's CI bot will of course validate as part of this PR.

A small Linux/Windows snipping tool that captures a screen region,
uploads it (catbox.moe / 0x0.st / Imgur), and copies the URL to the
clipboard. Persistent GUI with thumbnail history; one-shot CLI for
hotkeys.
