Hi @krypdoh,

This is a one-time blocker that packges occasionally get, frequently due to simple text matches with the PackageIdentifier or other manifest contents. I'm not exactly sure of the cause behind the label here, but the concerns behind the Policy 2.9 check aren't relevant for this package.
