Update: KDE.Falkon to 26.07.70

📖 Description

Added what is apparently a pretty new release (Earlier this week) of a new version of KDE Falkon.

Since it's been 8 years since the previous broadly known Falkon Windows release, I certainly did not have "New version of KDE Falkon for Windows just dropped" on my bingo chart for mid-May 2026.
