@MaggieKimani1 I added Swagger UI so I could generate an OpenAPI description to test with Kiota :D. The other fix is my attempt to clear up the intermittent pipeline failures that I'm seeing in the dependabot PRs. |

Also fixed an oversight in NpmService and NuGetService where the
MemoryCacheEntryOptionswere not being passed to theIMemoryCache.Setfunction.
