migrate to the microsoft graph ADO org #253
Description
Summary
We've had our CI and CD on Azure DevOps for a while now. But it leaves on the wrong tenant from an organization perspective.
Todo
(only for the core, v1 and beta repos, we don't need the -auth packages anymore)
- convert the existing build pipeline to YAML (the build and publish, not the pr validate, this is already done for core I believe)
- commit the pipeline to the repo
- convert the existing release pipeline to YAML and add it to the previous YAML file as a new stage/job
- commit the additions to the repo
- add the new pipelines to the microsoft graph org
- open the champagne
