Service communications API

After some investigation, I noticed we are not generating any cmdlets for the service communications API.

Per our mapping module we are only generating cmdlets for /admin/windows/updates/* paths.

We need to include service communications API in our modules mapping.

After releasing the new version containing service communications cmdlets, we should reply to this tweet.
