This PR:

  • Bumps up module versions to 0.5.0.
  • Changes how version number validity is done. Previously, only version segment (major, minor & path) increments of 1 were considered valid. This change now makes a version increment of 0.2.0 to 0.5.0 valid.
  • Removes constant module GUID from meta module since it is uniquely used to uniquely identify modules of the same name - doc.
