The problem
I use ThunderAI as filter for spam. So in the prompt I use normally just %mail_text_body%. Due many fails on a certain mail I also added %mail_html_body% - but still it failed. So I digged a bit deeper and let them sum up the mail. But it could never sum up. It always gave back: "undefined".
Example: "The email is very short and contains no visible content, as both the plain text and the HTML text are indicated as 'undefined'"
I use gemma4:e2b
I exported the *.eml and gave it to gemini with a description and it says, that the email is Base64-coded and therefore the llm can't see the content.
Thunderbird shows a the normal spam email text. SEO india base bla bla.
