Suggestion: shortcut and Run command line support

Thank you for this great tool, It works great but it could set and run think faster.
Can you make an option to create shortcut file of a group or support target command.
This way you could have several shortcuts of games that directly run the game with their own setting.
For example using these commands in target of a game shorcut:
"C:\cpu-affinity-tool\cpu-affinity-tool.exe" -binarypath:"C:\Games\Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon - Wildlands" -targetproess:"rungame.exe,GRW.exe,stp-grw.exe" -coresetting:"P0-P1-P2-P3-P4-P5-P6-P7"
Or simply using the profile name of an already configured app inside the tool
"C:\cpu-affinity-tool\cpu-affinity-tool.exe" -appname:Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon - Wildlands" -profilegroup:"Performance Cores"

Maybe options like auto close after the process exit or start minimized or in background could also be added to make it really one click run tool.

What was added:

• You can create a Windows desktop shortcut for an already saved rule.
• The shortcut runs cpu-affinity-tool.exe --run-rule <group-id> <rule-id> internally, so it uses the configuration saved in the GUI instead of requiring you to pass the executable, cores, priority, or tracked process names manually.
• If CPU Affinity Tool is already running, the shortcut launch forwards the command to the active instance and exits.
• If CPU Affinity Tool is not running, it starts the app and runs only the requested saved rule instead of running normal autorun rules.
• The flow supports saved path-target rules and saved installed/AUMID rules.

You can find the button inside the settings for a specific saved application/rule: open that rule's launch settings and use Create desktop shortcut.

A couple of notes:

• This release intentionally does not add the broad CLI where every setting is passed on the command line. The GUI remains the source of truth.
• The shortcut points to the current cpu-affinity-tool.exe path, so recreate the shortcut if you move the portable app folder.
• Shortcut launches use the same elevated executable, so Windows may still show the UAC prompt.
