Upgrade to latest PatternFly packages

Need to update PF packages so the library is compatible with using the latest PF in consuming apps.

As part of the upgrade, we should switch the default color used by StatusIcon from #151515 to --pf-global--Color--100 to resolve the issue mentioned in #53.
