ChipMachineAS v1.0.0

First Apple M-chip MacOS 26 (Tahoe) release. Vice plugin (that contained inlined Intel x86 code) replaced with Vice bridge talking to Vice 3.1.0 Arm version (forked for this purpose). YouTube playback working. Functional but buggy.
