Chapters with same name are not loaded correctly

Steps to reproduce

1. Load a comic (Comicfury is particularly prone to this error as it has nested chapters, which is not reflected in Mihon)
2. Load (download) a chapter (e.g. "1", "2")
3. Load (download) a different chapter with the same name as above

Expected behavior

The respective chapters are loaded.

Actual behavior

The last downloaded chapter of the same name is shown. Deleting cached download will force it to download the currently selected chapter, but again for all chapters that share the same name.

Sounds like a source issue for not using the tools available at their disposal to make the chapters distinct. They could probably turn the numbers into decimals for the "nesting", make the titles different in a more creative way or even use the scanlator field.
