Downloaded, but not shown

Steps to reproduce

1. Download manga
2. Storage full
3. Some manga downloaded, can accessed offline, but there no checkmark on chapter ( no indicator downloaded )
4. Cannot download again because file still exist
5. Try reindex download
6. Try refresh app/ manga
7. Still same
8. I must manualy delete from file app, then restart mihon.
9. Is there more powerfull reindex + online refresh option?

Expected behavior

There checkmark on downloaded manga, even if not, we can download again

Actual behavior

No checkmark, no download again

Change the storage location
Change it back to the previous one

Just tried, change to sdcard. Exit. Change to original folder.
Mihon auto reindex.
But still same ( few manga not detected as downloaded ).
Is it possible because there difference between library and online web?

If the naming scheme is different compared to whatever/however the source/extension names it, or if it's a "_tmp" file, then it won't link to the chapter list entry due to said difference.

Either redownload or rename the affected chapters (and reindex afterwards)
