kitty-scrollback.nvim v7.0.0 is officially released!

kitty-scrollback.nvim v7.0.0 removes support for Neovim 0.9. This removes complexity and backports required to support older versions of Neovim.

kitty-scrollback.nvim has been mostly in maintenance mode since I haven't had much free time. I am planning to remove support for older versions of Kitty and experimental support for tmux in future releases. The goal is to simplify the project so that I can add new features and/or make it easier for others to contribute if I do not have availability.
